As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Communications to define and execute GEMs brand strategy, establishing differentiation in the travel insurance market. This role is responsible for upholding the company’s voice and clearly articulating the vision, values, business goals, and value proposition to corporate customers (B2B) and their members (B2C). 

The Brand Manager will maintain, animate, and evolve brand assets and standards, including tone, manner, and visual identity across all communications and marketing channels.  

Your goal will be to provide a unique and consistent brand experience that drives internal engagement and retention while effectively showcasing GEMs offerings to the market. 

 

What does your typical day look like?

  • Manage brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Define and implement an internal brand launch campaign based on the approved strategy.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on brand initiatives. 
  • Lead the strategic development of GEM’s brand repositioning and value proposition.
  • Conduct research identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead the design and production studio (4 full-time employees) 
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team that acts with integrity and is committed to achieving results in a mindset of customer service excellence and innovation.

 

What skills and experience are we looking for?                 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful brand campaign management in a B2B2C context.
  • Experience in the travel insurance industry is a plus.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.
