As the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Communications to define and execute GEMs brand strategy, establishing differentiation in the travel insurance market. This role is responsible for upholding the company’s voice and clearly articulating the vision, values, business goals, and value proposition to corporate customers (B2B) and their members (B2C).
The Brand Manager will maintain, animate, and evolve brand assets and standards, including tone, manner, and visual identity across all communications and marketing channels.
Your goal will be to provide a unique and consistent brand experience that drives internal engagement and retention while effectively showcasing GEMs offerings to the market.
