As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible to lead the change management efforts for an ongoing transformation. The Change Management Senior Advisor will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure a smooth transition, adoption, and alignment with the organization goals.
What does your typical day look like?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy
- Lead stakeholder analysis work sessions to identify and address resistance, risks, and communication needs.
- In collaboration with the communication team, design and execute communication plans to ensure alignment and clarity across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and Facilitate training strategy and support execution to prepare employees and ensure adoption.
- Collaborate with the project management team, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure change management is integrated into the overall project plan.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how the transformation will affect workflows, roles and responsibilities.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee and support the development of tools and materials to support transition efforts, including FAQs, guides, and training resources.
- Monitor and measure the success of the change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management on large-scale technology implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering change strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Certification in change management is strongly preferred (PROSCI, ADKAR, other).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
- Bilingual French and English (both written and verbal), with strong English written communication skills.
