As a client support administrator, you would have the responsibility to provide administrative support to our claims process in order to meet our corporate client’s expectations. This includes communicating with providers and/or clients to supply or obtain information needed for claim processing and ensuring timely updates are available to our clients. This also includes actioning administrative tasks related to specific networks as well as monitoring reports. Other responsibilities include assisting with requests from our diverse portfolio of international Corporate Clients.
